点评：Worse experience ever. Not only did they lose my reservation, but when I got there, a lady who cleans the rooms? Told me that I had to leave. I was Tres passing and she was gonna call the police on me. Had enough of that so i left. Although I had made a reservatioIn with the reservation desk I didn't have one, so she was right. I called my bank amd put a hold on my card because I Thought I had paid some scammer for the room It was cold out and now i am without a room, i called the reservation center vack tginking i was gonna tell them what i typihht of thieves when the man pn the phpme omfoed me rhey found.the reservation and I can go Check-in now now. This started at 1030 at night and it's now 2:30 in the morning. I get there's a hotel and they said to call up. No, I'm up and then I get hold of the car, because I already talked to her and told her I was coming so when I got there, I called him app the Kirk I'd like to you didn't really want to come down and help me.
