The Water Zone At Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park的点评
点评：Wonderful experience at Mark Twain Jellystone. We had a Cindy Bear cabin, everything was clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. Everything in our cabin was functional as expected. (fridge, stove LP outdoor grill). They have tons of pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware. Well stocked on pillows, linens, bathroom towels ect. Air conditioners in every room was very nice in the 90+ degree heat. Internet did NOT work but who cares ? We didnt really have time for it anyhow.
Every aspect of customer service was wonderful, the water park had tons of staff, all attractions were open except the purple slide. Plenty of tubes available, noticed someone checking the water with test strips often, lifeguards did a good job of letting kids be kids, but also enforcing rules when need be. We got a golf kart with a battery that drained incredibly quick, and within a phone call and 2 minutes they resolved the issue with no hesitation. All staff inside the stores were very nice and friendly.
Small fishing pond was well stocked with fish, we caught quite a few and seen some pretty big fish in there. miniature golf, water zone and fossil thing were all fun. Everyone had a blast, checked out a disc golf course in Florida, MO which was very cool. Mark Twain Lake is gorgeous. This area is filled with tons of places to explore, wish we couldve stayed longer.
I will say with a majority of the staff, house cleaning, it seemed to be kids who might still be in school. They were ALL very professional and did a good job, but I wonder how well staffed it is when these kids go back to school. Gonna run into the same staffing issue at a restaurant I manage in a few weeks.
I will also say some of the negative reviews we read prior to coming had me a little worried, but I promise our experience was GREAT so for anyone reading this, please dont take the negative reviews to seriously. Our cabin was clean, functional, no bugs other than the ones that snuck in when we opened our door lol. Bed sheets clean, floors clean. Staff was awesome !
