点评:If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered from the Monticello, MN location several times over the past 2.5 years I’ve lived here - all takeout orders. I have never received a 100% correct order, and that is not an exaggeration.
The first time I placed an order was the day I bought my first home. I had no food in the fridge or dishes from the move. I got home from my pick up and realized there was only the app I ordered and the 2 sets of 10 wings I ordered were missing, upsetting. Also no plastic utensils I’d asked for so we ate with our hands that night.
The second time I ordered a few months later my apps were missing and I only received wings. Both of these times I went back to the location and picked up the missing items.
The third time I ordered wings, all of my sauces were missing. That time I did not go back, but obviously annoying because I did pay for extra sauce.
This final time (tonight) I ordered and my sauce for the fried pickles app was not in my takeout bag. Again, very frustrating because I paid for it as a standard with the app.
Each time I have tipped in advance, and each time I have received less than what I paid for.
By far the worst restaurant take out service I have ever experienced. Every single time I have ordered from this place my takeout order has been incomplete. How does this even happen?
