Best Car Service in Minneapolis
Erix Coach and Car Transportation的点评
点评：We were first introduced to Erix Coach and Car Transportation back in April 2021 on the recommendation of the Front Desk staff at the AC Hotel. There are not enough words or numbers to rate our experience to the airport and then returning to the hotel upon our return. Eric was in constant contact with us for our arrival back into the US and getting through customs. When we came through the doors from customs he was right there waiting for us.
We scheduled with him again this past December 2021. This trip involved 4 rides with him. We flew from our hometown to MSP and he picked us up, then we stayed overnight at the AC Hotel and he picked us up in the morning to go back to the airport. A week later he picked us up at the airport, again waiting for us as we came out of the door from customs. Then again picked us up the next morning to take us back to the airport to fly back to our hometown. On this particular morning we had scheduled for Eric to pick us up at 11:00am to return to the airport. The weather report was not good for Minnesota or Upper Michigan. My husband and I decided it would probably be a good idea to get to the airport as soon as we could to monitor our departing flight. We called Eric a couple of hours before our scheduled pick up time and he never hesitated to come and get us right away. In 15 minutes he was putting our luggage in his vehicle. Our flight did eventually get delayed by several hours and we were lucky enough to get home many hours later that day. This entire time Eric was in contact with us by text message on our status at the airport and the status of our flight and the weather. We tell everyone we know if they go to Minneapolis and need car service this is the Best Service Ever. Very punctual, super clean vehicle (figi water and mints inc.), very professional service and is very worth the fare's.
We cannot wait until our next trip to see Eric again.
