Dirty room, no housekeeping

点评：Had 3 rooms booked for a business trip. 2 rooms are fine, the 3rd room wasn’t clean from the last guest. Bed is messed up, dirty towels on the floor in bathroom, food in the kitchen area.
Went back to the lobby and told the front desk person - Zach. He tells me the computer shows it was cleaned. I ask for a different room and he tells me there are no other rooms available. I ask for housekeeping, he says they left for the day. Ask for manager, also not available.
He proposes that he can clean the room…. With no other options, I agree. Went out for dinner in the meantime. He called an hour later and said room is ready.
Walked in, there’s still food in the kitchen, bed was “made” but still super wrinkly and no towels on the floor in the bathroom but plenty of hair in the sink and shower. It’s already late, no other options, so i stayed.
Word of advice, best to skip this one. There are other hotels in this neighborhood with much better reviews.
