点评：Had a terrible experience at Canterbury Castle for our wedding. Angela Anderson was rude, dishonest, and completely unhelpful throughout the process. She locked us and our vendors out of the reception room without informing us, causing unnecessary stress on my brother’s big day. She also lied about parking arrangements—there was another event happening, and she didn't reserve any spots for our guests, leaving them scrambling for parking.
The women's restroom smelled awful, and to top it off, the elevator was out of service, making it extremely difficult for our disabled guests. Communication was abysmal—days to get a response, and no phone number to directly speak with anyone.
To make matters worse, the venue is overpriced, and the tip amount for the staff was outrageous, especially since they did absolutely nothing to help. Angela kept making us add additional services we DID NOT need to meet a quota and when we asked to switch some things around that we PAID FOR she denied us.
Would not recommend this venue to anyone! Please do yourself a favor and find another venue.
