点评:I've lived in Onset my entire life and am a long-time customer. I ordered a pizza for pickup on Sunday June 22 for myself and my mother. I double parked outside to handle the car while my 80-year-old mother (who doesn't drive) went in to get the pizza. She came out visibly upset without the pizza and said that the staff was so mean to her and kept snapping at her to "Sit Down or Get Out" until the pizza was ready. I went in and was met with a similar attitude. Granted, it was super crowded, I patiently waited for the pizza, politely thanked the staff, and just let them know that my mom was in a few minutes earlier and was upset that the staff was mean to her, totally understand it's busy but to please remember to be kind to customers who have supported you for 40 + years. A woman from behind the register overheard my convo and came at me very aggressively and went on and on about how obnoxious my mother was. And I'm sure my mom was overwhelmed! She's 80! But I assure you she is the kindest woman! Totally upsetting and inappropriate and when I asked for an apology I was told by this woman twice "I will not apologize for doing my job." She then had the nerve to say to me "Word of advice, next time get up yourself and come in and get the pizza instead of sending your 80-year-old mom in to get it." I told her if this is the way Marc Anthony's treats their loyal customers I will never come back again, and she said to me verbatim "Look around maam. We don't need your business." I have never been so horrified by a poor level of customer service in my life. The appropriate way to handle was to say something like "So sorry we made your mom upset, as you can see it's super busy in here and we're all doing our best. Thanks for the feedback." It's not that hard to not be an appalling human being.
