点评：When they change the menu! 11/4/22 we visited the CRACKER BARREL for brunch. And to our surprise and dismay corporate changed the menu. We were promptly seated and the server handed us a menu.
My favorite, UNCLE HERSHEL was deleted along with EGGS IN THE HOLE. The menu that we loved had been replaced with a paper one. I understand the brain trust at corporate make those changes. Economic conditions and usually the bottom line sometimes spurs change, I was amazed how the quality also changed. The sausage gravy tasted like something out of a envelope without the sausage. The biscuit (1) the same. The sugar cured ham half the size and similar to that of SPAM. Our favorite place for breakfast is no more. Sears was the number one retailer in the USA. EVERYONE shopped there. Then BAM
THEY CHANGED. There profits dropped and stores closed. So long CRACKER BARREL…….
