点评：30 Nov 2024. Meal booked for approx 16, for my 60th Birthday, which my daughter organised as a surprise for me.
The starters were late, 40 mins after 4pm booking and one was incorrect. The main meal was a disaster for me and disappointing for others. The pork was not crispy, it was like a brick. I sent it back and by the time my other chosen main arrived, everyone had finished theirs! Comments from others was that the blade of beef was extremely salty, the turkey meal had rock hard, dried up roast potatoes, inedible dried up stuffing, the vegetarian loaf was basically like eating a slab of stuffing. I would have expected a small compensation for this, but it was not offered.
For a place I have dined at before, I will not be revisiting until the chef is replaced and an announcement made. From all the recent bad reviews, this needs to be swiftly addressed, before the reputation of this once highly recommended eating place is tarnished for good.
