点评：I will never again recommend this place due to poor management and incompetent staff. I had booked a couples massage and was told it would be at 11 am on 7/23/2022. They sent me two text messages confirming this time before my arrival. We got to the location at 10:40, and they told me they couldn't do a couples massage cause they don't have extra staff, and a couples massage was currently being done. I then spoke and showed them the text messages. They then proceeded to lie and said they called me about the change. They did not, and I have the call log to prove they never called me other than later on 7/23/22. They said they could do only one of us at that time. I decided to let my partner take that time and walked out of the establishment. He then called me and told me they got it wrong, and his appointment was not at 11 but 12:30. He did not want to wait until that point and cancel the booking for a massage. They then called me at 11:19 to say that they had gotten it wrong again at that he was indeed booked for 11, and my appointment was at 12:30. I told them I wanted to cancel both appointments because we had already left the establishment. It was already 19 min into one of the massages. They told me they would have to charge me $25 bucks if I canceled. I told them it was their fault that everything had happened up to this point, and they proceeded to tell me their policy about canceling at the last minute. I told them we would not need to cancel if they did not have all their booking issues, and they kept telling us the wrong information about our booking. They put me on hold and told me they would not charge a cancellation fee. There was no apology for all their mistakes, and they would charge me for THEIR mistake if I did not stand up for myself. I don't recommend going to a place that can not even apologize and tries to charge you for their booking mistake.
