点评：I passed this place, wanted an early lunch, and saw on the restaurant sign, that they opened at 10 am.
I had never eaten there so I downloaded the app around 9 am and placed an order for 10:15 am. The app accepted the order because the app also listed the restaurant time as 10 am.
At 10 am, I found the restaurant doors locked. I noticed the restaurant signage listed a 10 am opening.
Nobody visible inside the store.
So, at 10:15, I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order. I sat there 10 minutes before someone showed up at the window, only to tell me that they did not open until 10:30. When I referenced the outside signage, and the app listing that store opening was listes at 10 am, the employee said "I didn't tell you that we opened at 10. The food is not cooked."
Long story short, I got my online order at 10:45.
I'm not even going to rate the food, which was acceptable.
The piss-poor service was not acceptable.
