点评：So I went to this McDonald's in the early part of February and I went to go and purchase me and my family some food I did it online through the online app usually it will work because I do it on in Havana all the time but this particular store so they don't do online orders right okay so I went through the window to get my stuff the young it was a young lady at the window she called for the manager the manager yelled out of the windows and they don't take online orders that I would have to go through the app to gain My Refund Now I went and did that I complained I told them but they disputed it saying that they did the service and then I won't be getting my 43 dollars and some change now I need my money because I didn't get no service I didn't get the food that I deserved for me and my family so in order for me to be compensated I think I will have to take them to court and I think that's what I'm going to do okay it doesn't matter if it was $43 but it was my $43 okay so therefore that's why I'm complaining about this store this is not a pill appropriate they should have better if we can order through the app they should be able to give us our refund through the app
