点评：What an amazing experience. My family and I stopped in for lunch. My parents live in the area and go to Rosie's regularly but this was my first trip. I ordered the Banana, Walnut Caramel Belgian Waffle while others ordered different items. After a very brief wait for our food, what happened next was the first time this has ever happened to me. When they delivered my waffle, the server immediately said, "The cook is making you another one and it will be here shortly". When I looked shocked, the server shared that the cook did not like the presentation of my meal so he was going to remake it and would do it ASAP. I said that it was totally not necessary and he said that's how Rosie wants us to do business. Within a few minutes the server brought a new waffle, along with a to go box. The first waffle tasted amazing. I was able to speak directly to Rosie and shared that I was so impressed with her staff that I would definitely write a review and share this experience with everyone.
