点评:What could be a charming little neighborhood gem is being destroyed by its owner's attitude. Nestled in the quaint village of Longleaf, A.R French, who used to work at Outback Steakhouse opened her own place. She put together a nice menu with a good pizza, good burgers and specialty entrees that would please everyone. Her servers are good and friendly, but Andrea (A.R. French) is, I fear soon going to learn about how fickle the public can be. You can't just cater to your current friends, you have to go out of your way to make new friends and make EVERYONE feel welcome. She is always on-premise which is a plus but for those of us who have been there many times and have made friends with some of the servers, she can't even make the effort to say hello. It doesn't take much, but you get the feeling that Andrea is too good for that - or even worse - not interested in t the "hospitality" side of the hospitality business. We used to recommend the place to people, but no longer. Sorry A.R. French, but maybe you missed the "Just Be Nice" chapter in the textbook. Let us know when you've changed. Then again, we'll just wait until we see the "FOR SALE" sign on the door

抱歉 A.R.
