Chez Guy Parisian Bistro的点评
点评：This was my first trip to Chez Guy and I am very happy we went. The food I would refer to as authentic French. It was what to expect from a local Parisian restaurant or top-notch home chef, and not over the top gourmet. They did not have Vichyssoise on the menu so I asked and they prepared it for me. Very good, and this is one of my favorite dishes of all time, and not everyone does it well. The escargot I did not care for. I believe they were overcooked and the garlic became bitter. For my main dish I had the duck confit cassolette. Another dish that was a bit differently presented, but OUTSTANDING. So much flavor and the sausage and duck were amazing. The other dish we had was a simple roasted chicken with frittes. Chicken was perfect and so much flavor. Fries were outstanding too, not what we were expecting, but a pleasant surprise
