Nice Idea - But Overpriced For What You Get

点评：First the good: We loved the location , literally right next to Djons Steakhouse and the neighborhood is great!! We liked being welcomed by Allison upon arrival. The outside of the property is very cool!! The heated pool, the fire pit , all very charming!! The mango jam during happy hour and the mango juice in the morning were so so good . We stayed on the first floor and the room was very quiet.
Now for the not so good: the room we stayed in had not been updated in like ever , maybe others had been , but the room we stayed in was not. , Like the other reviewer stated , the mattress / bed made creaking noises with every move. Upon entering the room, we noticed a damp smell, possibly this room had been closed up. It is very overpriced for what you get. Would not stay here again unless it’s updated. Try the Inn at Cocoa Beach.
