NOT an Encounter! Don't waste your money.

点评：Visited in April. Signed up for the Flight Bird encounter. Literally held a baby chick, fed a Toucan two halves of a grape and the attendants could not touch the parrot because he would bite. They do not have a Macaw like in the picture but they did not fulfill the experience since we couldn't hold the parrots. We should have been offered a refund which they will not give you. These are not encounters. The need to change the wording to feeding. If you sign up for the baby otter encounter, you don't hold them. You throw food into a tube. The place is very dirty. If you go with children you won't want them using the one bathroom. It's nasty. Very expensive to feed their animals. They have over crowded tanks of Koi fish that I felt sorry for because they could not swim. When they did swim, they crushed the small turtles. The tanks were filthy.
