Tried to cancel through both Expedia and their customer service, but neither would refund us.
They called at 530P to offer a room at a different property, Expedition Station. Had to drive back to reception, which is at a different location to get keys.
Got into the room at 6P. Called our credit card company and they said we could dispute the charges, which we will be doing for the full amount.
Avoid all of their properties and avoid booking through Expedia. Expedia took zero accountability for the room not being available.
