Copper Creek Trail的点评
点评：We loved our hike to Judd Falls on the Copper Creek Trail. The falls are about 2 miles round trip from the lower parking lot. The hike into the falls is moderate if your not adjusted to the altitude, which we weren't. I would say its easy coming back. The Judd Falls hike is one of my favorites anywhere. The mountain views are everywhere. Gothic Mtn is to your right. Crested Butter Man in front of you in the distance, with a pointy top. More mountains on every side of you while you hike. We hiked in early June so there was snow on many of the peaks. We stopped many times to take photos. You walk through beatufil meadows and aspen and fir groves. The falls are gorgeous.
This website doesnt offer directions to get to the trail head. To get there drive north on Gothic Rd from Mt. Crested Butte. When the road turns to a dirt road its about 5 miles to the RMBL in the village of Gothic. Go 1/2 mile to the Judd Falls sign. There's a restroom and a large parking area.
