点评：Must be new management. Never had a problem here before. But this time it was ridiculous. First thing, the 1st waiter we couldn't understand what he was saying at all. I can't even tell you what his accent was. We kept having to repeat & repeat until finally they gave us a new waiter. She was just the opposite. She didn't understand what we were saying. We had to repeat stuff over & over to her too. She 1st gave my son a choice between broccoli & green beans. & I said, "wait, you've got about 8-10 choices of a side" & I started naming all of them, so my son could pick. She seemed really upset at that. Then it came to the soup or salad. It is included w/the meal. But when he told her he wanted salad she just couldn't understand why he wanted it. Then she got to me. Mine was a bit simpler. I ordered a hamburger well done & onion rings. I asked for some ranch on the side for my onion rings. She said I couldn't have any because they ran out. How could a restaurant that serves salads run out of ranch dressing when they only serve 3 kinds of dressing. Bad management. So my husband ordered a Ruben w/a salad & he asked for blue cheese dressing. When our food came, they had brought my son beef ribs when he had ordered pork. They never brought his salad or corn muffin that was included w/the meal. My hamburger was rare, not well done & they barely fried the onion rings. You could tell because the onions were still a little frozen in the middle. They brought my husband his salad w/ranch dressing! & some on the side. Even though he ordered blue cheese & they had told me they were out of ranch. So we were all very disappointed. We hardly ever get to go out now that restaurants are so expensive. So it's worse because we felt like we wasted our money. When the manger checked us out, we told him of all the problems. He offered us a bag to put our leftovers in. Need I say more?
