点评：Chart House, Dana Point. What a shame. Bad experience. Went with a group for a celebration. Entire restaurant is horribly understaffed. Employees tried hard although there were varying degrees of expertise in play as well. Two bartenders for the entire restaurant, apparently. Before our dinner, it took 20-30 minutes to get a drink at the bar. After we were seated, we ordered apps. and drinks and it took almost 45 minutes for our drink order to arrive at the table (the apps came after that)... and in the meantime, we were being asked by our server what mains we wanted. Wrong drinks were brought. Wrong mains were brought. What could have been a cohesive 2-hour dinner turned into a 5-hour test-of-patience. Fortunately we all had good attitudes and enjoyed each others' company. BUT, such restaurant operations are abymsal. Note to restaurant: GET MORE STAFFING; right now you are a failure at operations.
