点评:Honestly never write bad reviews but feel as though I have to mention the terrible service we witnessed today. My partner and I were stood waiting to be served whilst the two members of staff were busy making drinks. We were the only people in the queue. By the time that someone was ready to take our order another two people had joined the queue. One of the staff proceeded to assist the two people directly behind us as soon as they were free. My partner and I looked at each other completely perplexed as to why we had been ignored. We looked at the other member of staff who looked mortified at what her colleague, Louise had done. She apologised on her behalf and we then waited another few minutes until Louise’s colleague was free to take our order. If it had been genuinely accidental from Louise then we would have accepted the apology, but it became very clear that Louise knew the two people and was engaging in conversation with them whilst we were stood there bemused. It’s clear that Louise had purposefully ignored us to serve her friends before us, which I find inexcusable. I didn’t feel the apology from Louise was sincere and it’s left a bad taste in the mouth, we won’t be coming here again. Do better Starbucks!
