BV Bar & Grill的点评
点评：I've always liked BV Grill and want to give them a better review but I can't. Very busy on a Wednesday night, we arrived at 6:20 and told a 20 minute wait. Instead it was 50 minutes. Many tables had cleared during that time but it was obvious they didn't have enough staff to keep up. After finally being seated it was another 20 minutes before we got drinks, including just water. In the meantime they were doing a brisk carry out business at the front desk. Slow service definitely wasn't the fault of staff, they were hustling best they could. If the restaurant can't hire enough help (many restaurants can't) they could remove some of the tables so it doesn't look as bad for those waiting. They could also cut back on taking carry out orders if it affects service in the restaurant and bar. When it finally arrived our food was fine, the usual fare, but after such a long wait we'll probably choose someplace else next time out.
