点评:I have to say I just moved to Maricopa in March and as most people know we are limited for fast food options ESPECIALLY chicken! I ordered the 8-piece family meal through the drive thru and paid. The lady told me to pull to the front because they were waiting for fries. She came back out a few minutes later to tell me that my card didn't go through which was confusing. She asked for me to pay again and I told her I didn't want to leave my 2-year-old son in the car. I checked my bank account to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, and I wasn't it showed -31.88. I told the genius that the transaction shows pending on my end, and she said, "the negative means it didn't go through". I told her "No that negative means that it was subtracted from my bank account. she kept saying she didn't get a receipt with the 1st transaction, so it didn't process. She ran my card AGAIN and another 31.88 came out. I showed her the transactions showing at 4:41 & 4:45 for 31.88 but she said it didn't go through because she didn't get a recipe. They refused to refund me the 31.88 overcharge and I told them I didn't want the food, and I wanted both refunds. They refused. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The manager never came to help and only said she could call IT and it would take 4-5 days to get my money back! The lack of intelligence was embarrassing by far but even more frustrating that they lacked customer service skills and refused to give me back my money. Now I plan to fight the transaction with my bank. Not even worth the aggravation!
