点评:They have been trying to sell this hotel since last year, which just shows the absolute lack of maintenance and up keep required in running a top notch hotel. No elevator, which they said was running when we booked the room, this after hiking up the hill from the only parking lot spots available. All the other guests we talk to said the same thing, it was a lie and our room was on the fourth floor! Stairs and room corridor carpeting were smelly, dirty with paint drops everywhere and wall paper peeling in some areas. Our bathroom window wouldn’t close with gap at bottom. No microwave no small refrigerator and tv had no remote control. They brought up a box of old remotes which I calibrated one to sync and another old remote for the volume control. Wi fi was also bad because the tv was buffering every five minutes. What a joke! Any management there were only there during the day and she was the most unfriendly un helping person with an excuse for everything, only one person at the desk at nights to help the other guests on the other four floors with lots of other problems they were also having. Had to walk down the four flights of stairs just to get to the only ice machine. Hotel was grossly misrepresented in all media photos and literature.
