点评:Horrible customer service. We shipped crab legs last week home and the shipping was included in the price. It arrived right when it said it would. So before we make the journey home, we wanted to send more. Right from the start the gentleman, pretty sure the owner who refused to admit he was the owner, that was at the counter on 8/12 around 11 am, was absolutely rude and didn’t want to mail anything for us. He said it isn’t worth mailing and that he doesn’t appreciate having to load all these orders on planes etc. We said we really want them mailed as we had a lot of other things to get home. He said because I was an athlete I could figure it out. He was absolutely rude and a horrendous human being about it all. He finally said alright and was going to charge us $112 to ship it!!!! $112 more than the $120 for the actual items. He continued to argue with us that is the cost when we literally just did it last week for free. So go here at your own risk and hopefully you have a much better experience than we did. What a horrible way to end our trip.
