We had a very positive experience with this tour operator coordinated by Angie , great job !
hWe ere 18 days 20 days tour as follow: Kuala Lumpur, Taman Negara, tCameron Highlands, Penang, Langkawi and Melaka
I kept in touch all the trip long with the On Tour organization and I can say they all are professional and friendly,
We had to organize on our own for flights, both the intercontinetal and the domestic flgihts, the agency booked all the hotels and all the land transfers by safe cars always in good condition driven by professional and careful drivers. Also all the guide had during the trips , especially in the cities , were very professional and let us discover also hidden city corners .
In this kind of organization you have to be able to manage every change or flight cancellation on yuor own.
We paid by bank transfer in two times, an advance payment and a balance few days before the leaving.
I can say that On Tour Malaysia is reliable and professional.
I want to renew my special thank the whole organization and we should plan our following trip to Borneo and Sarawak.
