Opinion about the guide and his behavior (canyons)

点评：Together with the family we bought a trip to the canyons (2024-09-12),this will be a gift for my mum on the occasion of her birthday. I really liked how the trip was organized, we saw a lot (beautiful views - canyons, national parks, lakes, taste delicious food),but..Danilo (guide) allowed himself to raise his voice at tourists for no reason and make day make the day more unbearable.
By the way,we arrived at the restaurant for a lunch, it was written on the door that we can pay by card, but when it came time to pay, the waiter told to me that we have to talk to the guide about payment (You all understand what this means, because visitors to that hotel can pay by card without any problem, I really saw this).
We are grateful for the trip, there is definitely hard work for whole day, but in our opinion, if people are paying money, they would like to show at least that much respect to us,for the tourists.
