点评:This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had on an otherwise lovely vacation. When the food was served, the plates were dirty and had dust on the edges. The glasses were dirty as well. We were served the wrong wine, and the waiter claimed it was our fault for pointing at the wrong one. When we went to taste the food, it was cold. Clearly, the staff have no idea how to do their jobs and lack basic training in allergens — something that can mean the difference between life and death!
The service has clearly gotten worse over the years, which is very unfortunate. After one of our guests ate something they were allergic to, the waiter came running and said it wasn’t gluten-free and asked if the guest had already swallowed the food. We had clearly communicated that there were allergies involved and specifically requested certain ingredients to be removed from the dish. Apparently, this was not done. There seems to be poor communication between the waiter and the kitchen. Extremely unprofessional.
