Taco Mama - The Waites的点评
点评：TLDR: The guac, dude. Get the guac. Also ALL THE TOPPINGS ARE FREE. For real.
The long version: We stopped here after our picky three-year-old requested rice for dinner. We'd had a long day at the Birmingham Bowl game that did not go our way (Go Jackets!). The atmosphere was crazy cool. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jeremy, the GM, made sure we were happy throughout our meal and even stopped by to chat with us about our visit to Birmingham and the history of the restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious. Jeremy let us know that everything they serve took time to make and was made with fresh, local ingredients. One bite, even of the kids' meals, made that very evident.
We ordered and highly recommend the Alabama Redneck taco, the Justice is Served taco, the Cheesy Beef taco, the kids nachos, guacamole (holy cow, I'd eat it with a spoon!), and Sangria (like I said...long day).
Also, y'all. ALL THE TOPPINGS ARE FREE.
