点评：By global standards, this would probably be rated very good BBQ, particularly if you were from Kansas City or Texas. But for Northeast Ohio, this is top notch BBQ.
My wife and I came for lunch. She had the 4 rib meal (nice you can get less than a half slab) and I had a brisket sandwich. We tried the baked beans, the potato salad, and the sauerkraut. The beans and the kraut were the best; the potatoes were fine, but nothing special.
They nicely have a good variety of sauces, with different heat ratings. I went with the 50/50 - just enough heat for me.
The ribs and the brisket were both solid, and a lot of meat on the ribs. Adding some of the kraut to the brisket sandwich really kicked it up.
There is very limited seating inside (a couple of tables); most of the seating is on the patio (with a nice awning over it). Reminds me of a lot of the roadside places in the South.
Definitely will be back.
