Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur的点评
点评：I'm normally a fan of hotels rather than serviced apartments but this was different. Unlike my other experiences with serviced apartments, Pan's 2 bedroom apartment was spankingly clean, brilliantly maintained, felt brand new and had fantastic amenities including a game changing washer and dryer which allowed us to travel with very few clothes. The cooking facilities, plates etc were fantastic and felt new, and having a Nespresso machine was fantastic. The shower was powerful, great bath, 3 super TVs. I enjoyed the gym, although small, the cardio machines were great fun and high tech. The pool was nice. We did not eat hotel food, only because the location was so brilliant and the kitchen so good. The price we paid was fantastic for a family of 5... Half of what we would have had to pay for two rooms at a lot of hotels and not much more than an Airbnb in this area. The room quality felt as good as any five star we have stayed in in KL. Although Pan does not have the bells and whistles outside the rooms, they're barely missed as the main thing was we had a 5 star, perfect apartment in a prime location for a great cost. The staff were great, helpful and friendly with particular mention to the reservations team and housekeeping. I can't see us staying anywhere else in KL again (unless prices change significantly). Perfect stay and the reservation team were very helpful giving us a good solution for our 5am arrival and late departure.
