点评:Failure of the hotel to provide towels for guest numbers over a 24 hour period:
Arrived on Fri 18th April, family of four at 10pm
The shower room only had 2 large towels and 2 small ones
reception/house keeping was contacted and rep for the floor appeared and said there's no towels until the following day
Following day requested towels on 4 occasions until 5pm and only after speaking to the Duty Manager and explaining how appalled I was at the situation did I receive fresh towels.
This should not have been the case when I had booked this hotel for 6 days - even after raising this issue, there was no upgrade whatsoever.
Also, not least to mention i do not feel it meets the standards of a 4* hotel but more so of a 3* hotel.
- The floor carpets had to be recleaned so I was moved to a different floor at great inconvenience, i.e 1 hr repacking and then waiting for 2 hrs for new room to be prepared, another hr to unpack.
The bathrooms are very dated and seem like a hotel bathroom from 25 years ago - needs massive reinvestment.
