Kilimanjaro Machame route with my friends and Baraka team

点评：Kilimanjaro Nature Tours has been a very good choice, a local and family agency led by the great guide Baraka. He took me and my 3 other Spanish friends with his other guide partner Asenou to climb Kilimanjaro for 6 days on the Machame route, also known as the Whisky Route, with wonderful views.
From the beginning he has always been very attentive to all our doubts and questions, and has always been very reassuring, he has been our African father during the whole trip, taking care of us and telling us funny stories. Every day at the base camps, after dinner we had a briefing about what was going to happen the next day and always with a smile on his face he gave us strength and encouragement to continue doing so well. I want to thank all the attention of the team of cooks, assistants and porters who made our stay very pleasant and unforgettable. The philosophy of doing it step by step or "pole pole" in swahili without rushing is real.
You have to savour the way with great discipline and attitude and reaching the summit is the least important thing, but it is a great surprise when you see the sun rising among such wild glaciers. It is a trip for those who respect the beauty of nature and want to test their patience and willingness to enjoy the journey in good company.
We will never forget this great experience and adventure, thank you Tanzanian family for welcoming us so well.
