A Horrifying Experience with Navicrow Holidays: Uttarakhand Trip Gone Wrong

点评：Our family trip to Uttarakhand with Navicrow Holidays turned into a nightmare from the start. The pickup was delayed by an hour, and neither the driver nor any company representative answered our calls, leaving us anxious and stranded.
Upon reaching Mussoorie, we were promised a view-facing room but were instead given a stinking, windowless room with a metal-covered opening, located three floors below ground. With a three-year-old child, climbing up and down multiple times was exhausting and inconvenient.
The driver was clueless about our trip itinerary and hadn’t even checked the travel details sent by the company. He refused to use navigation maps despite my repeated requests to check routes, causing frequent confusion during sightseeing. His phone was constantly busy, making it nearly impossible to coordinate during our trip.
The worst incident occurred on our return from Dehradun to Ghaziabad. Instead of taking the straightforward 227 km route, the driver took a bizarre detour via Kurukshetra and Delhi, extending the journey to 337 km—an additional 110 km for no reason. This raised serious concerns about intentional misconduct.
To make matters worse, at 11 PM near the Delhi border, the driver stopped the car on the highway, demanding extra night charges. Despite explaining that the unnecessary detour was his fault and highlighting the dangers of stopping on a dark highway with my wife and daughter, he remained adamant and insensitive to our safety concerns.
Adding to the stress, the driver consistently drove at dangerously high speeds between 100-120 km/h, despite my repeated requests to follow speed limits. His reckless driving put our lives at serious risk throughout the journey.
Throughout the trip, Navicrow Holidays was unresponsive, offering no assistance despite repeated calls for help. This experience was deeply distressing, unsafe, and far from the promised holiday experience.
