While we did see some wildlife, it was far less frequent and diverse than implied by the marketing materials. It felt like the tours were rushed, and we spent more time traveling between lodges than actively searching for animals.
Furthermore, there were several hidden costs that weren't clearly outlined upfront. We were charged extra for bottled water beyond the initial small supply, and there were unexpected fees for certain activities that we thought were included. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and left us feeling nickel-and-dimed throughout the trip
