点评：We had a 6pm reservation for my granddaughters birthday dinner at hibachi grill. One of my adult children was running late s they wouldn’t seat us. We informed them we wanted to order sushi appetizers so we could go ahead and be seated and place a beginning order. Not allowed. The young female hostess was very rude and had zero personality. Not the person you want managing your guest and the first person you encounter upon entering the establishment. So we waited outside. We walked back in at 6:17 pm and told the hostess we were all there and ready to be seated. She then informed us that we had missed the 15 minute grace period and would go on a wait list that would probably be 30 more minutes, what???? I asked to see a manager and after another 10 minutes the manager who I believe may be part owner walks up and confirms that we can not be sat and will indeed go to the end of the wait line. I informed her that the birthday girl was 5 and waiting another 30 or more minutes wouldn’t work. Also told her that we missed our alleged 15 minute window by two minutes and that there were apparent seats available that were being given to walk-in parties with no reservation. Didn’t matter. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. The point here is the staff could care less about anything and they practice horrible customer service. The food is absolutely average based on prior visits, they run 1/2 price sushi on Mondays to dump their seafood product that was delivered on the previous Thursday. And, they could care less about the customer. Very disappointed in managers approach. We will never step foot in this establishment again. The only reason we attempted this visit was our 5 year old birthday girl wanted to go there and get rice tossed at her.
