点评：I visited Store#: 01632-00655 on 02/12/2023 at 7:40 pm. My Order#: 353618. The receipt reads that my Cashier was Maximillion G., however, the person who helped was a female [I guess Maximillion could be a female's name], and I don't know her name.
I have two main complaints:
1. I ordered a Cheese Pizza and an order of Italian Cheese Bread. I was told,"We don't have the Italian Cheese Bread, but we have the Breadsticks, would you like those?" Are you serious?! At 7:40 pm you don't have Italian Cheese Bread available for your customers?! Was it because the Store/Restaurant didn't have the product to make the Italian Cheese Bread or was it because the Cashier didn't want to take the time to make the Italian Cheese Bread for me?! In either case shame on that Store/Restaurant for not having enough product to make the Italian Cheese Bread and if there was enough product, shame on the Cashier for not making me a fresh order of Italian Cheese Bread?! I was always under the impression that when you go into a Store/Restaurant and place an order, and it's not readily available, THEN THEY MAKE IT FOR YOU! Seriously, WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!!
2. The Cheese Pizza I received was way past its expiration time. The temperature of the Cheese Pizza was tepid at best; it may have been READY, but it DEFINITELY WAS NOT HOT!!! The Cheese Pizza Crust and Cheese was dried out and hard [not crispy]. It was like eating a piece of cardboard; the pizza box would probably have tasted better! Very disgusting!!!
I quit going to the Little Caesar's Store in Sebring, FL, 10 miles south of this Store years ago, because of its lousy customer service. LOOKS LIKE I'LL STOP PATRONIZING THIS STORE, BECAUSE OF ITS LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL!!! Let's see, there's PIZZA HUT, DOMINOS, PAPA JOHN'S, including several Mom and Pop pizza joints just to name a few that I'll patronize, instead! By the way, I'LL MAKE SURE ALL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, CO-WORKERS, ETC. HEAR ABOUT THIS and I will definitely direct them to go ELSEWHERE!
