Comfy bed, but sooo dirty!!! Tasty breakfast but sloooow service!

Great breakfast........when you finally get it.
Cons: Filthy; The staircase may have seen a hoover, but the edges of the steps had not been cleaned, the handrail down the stairs was thick with black, and it was sticky(accidently touched it) we could not let our daughter hold on. The walls in our bedroom looked like something had been sprayed up the walls and our bathroom had definitely not seen a hoover or a mop! The bath panel, skirting and handles of the cabinet were thick with dust.
The walls and doors in the breakfast area leading to the toilets and kitchen were really grubby too.
Both the male and female toilets at breakfast were out of order, leaving the disabled toilet useable, however the baby change unit did not stay up against the wall so would make it really hard if you needed to get in on your own with a chair or frame etc.
SLOW Breakfast service! Only one lady trying to cater for 10 tables, the continental buffet area was not getting replenished, we were told to help ourselves when we got there, however there was no juices, no pastries, no yoghurt and limited fruit, cereal and milk.
We waited nearly 45 minutes for our breakfast, along with our toddler....we had also ordered 2 lattes prior to ordering our breakfast....these came some 55 minutes later, along with 1 glass of apple juice. (We had asked 4 times for juice and our lattes, to be told they are being made each time) The lady could do with an extra pair of hands at the breakfast service!
We did raise our issues with the hotel, just to be told they are planning a deep clean and renovation........

早餐服务很慢！只有一位女士试图为 10 张桌子提供服务，欧陆式自助餐区没有补充食物，我们到达时被告知可以自取，但是没有果汁、没有糕点、没有酸奶，水果、麦片和牛奶也有限。
我们和我们的孩子等了将近 45 分钟才吃早餐……我们在点早餐之前还点了 2 杯拿铁……大约 55 分钟后才送来，还有一杯苹果汁。（我们 4 次要果汁和拿铁，每次都被告知有人在做）早餐服务时，这位女士需要多一双手！
我们确实向酒店提出了我们的问题，只是被告知他们正在计划进行深度清洁和翻新……
