点评:I ordered food from the Nandos app and my food did not arrive! I spoke with the rude Manager at Victor and he said it’s nothing to do with them it’s door dash. He was not helpful at all and left me quite disheartened.
I was still hungry but then trying to chase my food or a refund.
Door Dash then gave a refund back to Nandos as I ordered through the app. I still haven’t even heard back from anyone about my refund and it’s been 5 days! It’s so hard to contact customer service nandos and no one responds.
I then thought I would ask for help again from the store manager of the Nandos restaurant again. I was again with unkindness and unwillingness to help from ‘Victor’. He had no consideration at all for the stress and hassle to try and get my money back. Not even good will gesture of the food I was supposed to have recieved.
Very disappointed that Nandos have taken advantage of me.
