点评:One of the worst experience i would never recommend anyone
recent experience on board your cruise Dated 13th June2025 to 16th june 2025 - Mumbai Goa Mumbai, . During our stay, the air conditioning was non-functional for the entire evening and night, leading to extreme discomfort for all passengers in our area - including us.
My mother in law and my father both suffered a lot due to suffocation in cabin bcoz lack of ventilation,my mother in law was an asthmatic and the room ac was not working so no ventilation.
This situation was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable considering Cordelia positions itself as a premium luxury experience. What's more disappointing is that we witnessed another guest involved in the same situation receive a full refund and a 12-month free trip after raising a complaint.
We believe it is only fair that all guests impacted by this service failure receive equal treatment and compensation. We were affected just as much, and had to go through the same discomfort.
The food is also not premium is a local 3 star property food ..we had already informed about the chaturthi fast and they told they will arrange food according to it but no they dnt ..after writing mail to the cruise company also we didn’t get any solution they are too rigid only they care about us is till we book our tickets after that they will not even respond. I had posted on all social media platforms too but no use ..
