Brilliant Golf Break
佩斯塔纳维拉太阳高尔夫度假酒店的点评
点评：We have stayed twice in this lovely hotel. Last year we had a room in the hotel which was lovely, with a big balcony. This year we were in a garden suite overlooking the very pretty pool. Although a little more dated, it was set in very beautiful garden surroundings and included everything we needed - a small fridge, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee, safe, and even an iron and ironing board.
While we were here we experienced a very high level of customer care, particularly from Nicole who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also excellent, booking restaurants, taxis and resolving minor issues extremely quickly and efficiently. We had dinner at the hotel on one occasion and found it to be very good. Fernando at the pool bar has a very dry sense of humour and is always good value. The golf courses are extremely well maintained and we enjoyed playing them.
True, some of the breakfast food could have been warmer and some of the less experienced staff could have smiled more. We also spotted the occasional ant in our room but nothing to cause concern. But we’re not sure why anyone had difficulty moving cases or golf bags to and from the room as reception arranged this for us very easily and the porters were brilliant.
Altogether two fabulous stays. If we could have given 4.5 stars we would have.
