点评：Service was abysmal!! Staff appeared 'bothered' when we arrived & we hadn't booked a table - restaurant was less than 1/2 full so plenty of tables available & we attended in the later evening (8.00pm) so no huge demand for tables at that time or quick turn around required. Server left us standing awkwardly for longer than necessary to check for available tables, despite it being visible there were lots to choose from. Nobody came to take a drinks order prior to food order so both orders given together. Food took quite a while to arrive - food was OK but nothing to rave about (pub food at best). Waited ages between starters & mains to arrive. Waiter then arrived with our mains, however starter plates hadn't even been cleared - this is despite several staff members walking by our table & noting that the starters were finished & choosing not to clear the table. After mains were served, nobody came to ask if everything was OK or take drinks order. Again once the mains were finished, the plates remained on the table without being cleared - this was again noted by different staff members, who instead carried on with clearing & wiping down empty tables which nobody else was waiting to be seated at!! Nobody came to offer dessert menu or coffee/tea or drinks or to allow us to request the bill so we ended up just leaving the table to pay at the bar. Our plates were still sitting on the table when we went to the bar to pay our bill which is disgraceful. We likely would have had dessert & tea/coffee after our meal but as we weren't offered, we decided to call it a day & leave. Staff were very unwelcoming, unfriendly, unattentive, unprofessional and evidently not in the least interested in their customers. Definitely in the wrong profession. When we paid our bill, we did not get asked if everything was OK & did not even get a thank you or goodbye. Needless to say we did not leave a tip for the non existent customer service. Would not return as not a great experience.
