点评：Been taking my 94 year old mum here for lunch at least fortnightly since hotel opened. Changes have been made to the bistro of recent and the place is now more deserted than ever. Today was disgraceful. Sign says to wait to be seated but there was no staff and we had to make our own way to a table as my mother cannot stand for long. Waited for our order to be taken but had to call for a staff member who then had to find someone to come to take it. My sister ordered a 2 course seniors meal but because I ate some off her plate they charged for another whole seniors meal. We were not informed this would happen when ordering nor when paying. I only realised after looking at my receipt that this had been charged. If we had know we were going to pay for an extra meal it should have been offered to us, not made to pay without informing us. When I queried the extra charge was told it was policy. My sister asked to speak to the manager who we know is a blonde woman, but the same girl I spoke to came over claiming to be the manager stating it is policy again. We wouldn't have minded paying for an extra meal if we knew the policy and it was offered to us in the beginning. Very deceitful and very, very bad service. Will not be back.
