点评：Much as I hate TripAdvisor reviews from those who haven’t used the service - in this case I did at least try. What a shame. I went into this empty shop as I got the vibe that it probably serves good coffee and I fancied a takeaway.
Ilfracombe is a very dog-friendly town so given there wasn’t a “no dogs” sign I strolled in with mine, smiling. The young man behind the counter informed me they don’t allow dogs - okay - but then said this was for “health and safety reasons - we are legally not allowed to”. So I decided not to tie the dog up outside and come back in.
This kid is either a liar or a fool since there is no such law in England and even the chippies in Ilfracombe allow dogs. And if he doesn’t even know this basic stuff he shouldn’t spout such tosh, and perhaps can’t be trusted to make a decent espresso after all.
