点评：We’ve been coming to the Welwyn branch since it opened and have always been satisfied with the food and service. Yesterday was a whole different matter. The buttermilk chicken was very burnt and the pieces were so small and uneven my husband and I couldn’t share it. The fries were smaller and they are now charging a whopping £4.90! We had to order a total of four fries to get a decent amount. We frequent a beautiful hotel in London where we pay just a fraction more and we get a huge bowl of fries. So what is happening? Why such a disgraceful price for such a tiny amount of fries? Also, the server kept pushing dishes on us - three times he asked if we want calamari. He kept pushing for other things as well. We thought…what is going on here? My husband and I may not come back. Burnt food, over priced and pushy staff. What a shame. We liked going there.
