点评：It’s clear in an environment where finding great people is hard to do that the Hilton Vienna Park has gone above and beyond expectations. From the check-in, which was a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the kindness and thoughtfulness of the check-in staff was outstanding.
The executive lounge for this Hilton may be best in network. Food is great caring and thoughtfulness of staff is great - hard to beat.
On check out when you’re trying to get moving and leave the hotel, the floor manager Steijn jumped in to help me as just a hotel guest. It wasn’t until he started checking me out. He realized I was a Diamond member and he went clearly above and beyond just accepting me as any visitor to the hotel. He is kind was thoughtful and fast.
