Horrible and fraudulent agency!!! Extremely rude personnel !!!

点评：This company is the worst travel company I had chosen in my life. Their boss is the rudest person I came across on Crete. They operate through Sandy travel where we booked our trip. On the day we were supposed to travel to Balos beach it was pouring rain and crazy windy, and everyone knows that it is dangerous to travel around the island to Balos on the waves even on a good weather day, imagine on a windy day.. so we didn't want to risk falling off the boat and freeze going there. We called to ask to postpone the trip but couldn't reach anyone at Crepert. Then we woke up the lady from Sandy travel and she told us to wait for the driver at the scheduled time and tell him that we want to postpone. We were there and the driver passed by, never stopping the van. Later in the day, some lady from Crepert called us (when they woke up) and said that they will let us postpone the trip for 2 days. Since the weather was horrible even after 2 days THEY had to cancel the trip. Next day the lady from Sandy travel where we got our vouchers said to come and get the deposit back but that will we talk first with the boss from Crepert. If she had told us on the phone not to go there since they DIDN'T WANT to give us back the deposit we wouldn't have wasted our time and money going there. We were staying 10km from Rethymno so we had to get a taxi which is not cheap. And finally, when we got to Sandy travel the lady told us that they won't give us back the money and she called the boss from Crepert. Then I had the most horrible phone call I ever had with anyone working in the travel business, and I am a travel guide myself. The boss called me a liar, and many ugly things, and said that we didn't show up the first time and that we don't have the right to our deposit since on our original vouchers (for the first trip) it says that if we don't show up they don't give the deposit back. First I asked the boss where are their offices so we can talk in person but after all the insults, I told her to go to hell and hang up the phone. BUT, the lady at Sandy travel insisted we go in the afternoon and talk to her in their main office and that she will change her mind!? So, I didn't care anymore about the deposit but my only wish was to go to their office and meet in person the lady who allows herself to insult tourists just because she doesn't want to give back 20 euros deposit!? But, the funny thing is - their address if a fake address!! We couldn't find the office, and nobody from the locals couldn't find it even on their phone maps. At that point I realized this agency is a complete fraud. They, however, have a little stand on the shore where a horribly unkind woman works. After talking to her we called a police. When they came, the unkind woman had to call her rude boss and then they talked in Greek for a long time. Finally the police repeated the same as the boss and told us to go tourist police the next day if we want. The next day we were leaving the island (I wouldn't go to another police office even if we weren't leaving and waste more time) but seeing how many customers they lost there on the shore (at least 6 couples - that I saw) , while the police was in front of their stand for half an hour, gave us a solid satisfaction. No tourist wants to deal with an agency that has police officers in front of them. I hope the boss from Crepert agency reads this text and learns how much money she lost because of a 20 eu deposit and mainly because of all the insults she gave me.
