点评：We knew what we were getting into after reading reviews, that this was a tourist trap, but it was so close to our hotel we still wanted to do it. The customer service experience and product left much to be desired. There are signs all over the place warning to not eat in front of the shops, don’t eat here, don’t eat there, etc. the line we were on, with a max of 10 people was being managed so closely it was agitating. We are all adults and know how to stand in line. The shop itself can barely accommodate a few people at a time, we went in, placed our order, the process feels frenzied and rushed due mostly to the energy of the staff. We stepped outside to wait for our order and were barked at to move into a second line to wait for our order - hard for us to know there was a new line to now WAIT for our order when it was not clearly marked as such, the staff could be friendlier. We received our order and realized it had been mixed up and incorrect, though we didn’t care to bother to try and have it corrected. The food was “ok” but there’s no reason this is a viral must try spot, anyone can open a fry place and with a ounce more creativity offer more interesting toppings than this place does.
