Smart Trip Europe的点评
点评：I went to Croatia with Smart Trips. Their staff member was sick with norovirus on the bus ride to Croatia and ended up spreading it to many of the students on the trip, including myself. I spent the entire weekend in the hospital in Croatia paying over $400 for medical care. I was so sick I reached out for assistance to get to the hospital and not one staff member was available and no one checked on me at all the entire weekend. When I texted them they just said hope you get better. Many other students also had to seek medical care and IV’s. The doctors at the hospital said that this is very common with Smart Trips. I had booked a $100 tour I couldn’t attend that I was not refunded for and because so many students got sick they cancelled all of the Sunday events and went straight back to Florence. All of the kids who got sick were forced to sit in the back of the bus wearing masks for the 12 hour drive back to Florence. It was the most miserable weekend and I regret ever booking anything through them. I emailed them when we returned with my experience and they never responded. Since this was their fault, assigning a sick staff member to the weekend I should be refunded for the trip. They don’t answer phone calls or emails so good luck. I would never use this company again. Many of my roommates went on other trips with them and also regretted it. The bus rides are long and uncomfortable, the accommodations are always far from the main attractions of the cities you visit, and the extra experiences offered aren’t worth the cost. Many of the students who used Bus 2 Alps for their trips had a much better time.
